Requesters can use this guide to track responses and support requested organizations with their response.

Navigate the homepage

After the 2025 response window opens, the Requester homepage includes:

• A summary of your requested organizations and their progress.
• The Request list status for the 2025 disclosure cycle, which is now Active.
• The Response rate tile, which shows the response status of your requested organizations and how many have activated their questionnaire and submitted or edited their response.
