Requesters who have created their 2026 Request list can use this guide to learn how to add or remove organizations and troubleshoot issues.

Capital Markets Signatories use the CDP Capital Markets Sample and can skip this step.

Add an organization

Search CDP’s database to add organizations you want to request.

1. Navigate to the Manage organizations page and open your 2026 Request list

2. Select Add an organization

3. Use a combination of search filters to find organizations. To search, you need to add their:

   • Organization name (using the organization’s legal name, not trading name)
   • Country/Area

   To reduce the number of organizations in search results you can also use:

   • ID type and Organization ID
   • Industry
   • Organization type

4. Select Add once you find the organization you're looking for

5. Select View list to see the organization in your Request list

To start a new search, select Clear all filters.
