Requesters creating their 2026 Request list can use this guide to finalise and submit their list.

Capital Markets Signatories use the CDP Capital Markets Sample and can skip this step.

Submit your Request list

Your Requester Admin is the only one who can submit your list.

When your Request list is complete, you must submit it to begin the process of inviting organizations to disclose.

Before submitting your list:

• Check that contact details are complete and correct for all organizations, if you are sharing this information with CDP. After your submit your list, CDP will send invites to all organizations with a contact email address listed.
• Make any large updates needed. The CSV upload option won’t be available after you submit your list, so make any bulk edits now. </aside>

When you’re ready to submit:

1. Navigate to the Manage organizations page and open your 2026 Request list
2. Select Submit list
3. Select Yes, submit in the window that appears

Your Request list is now Active. You will receive an automated email to confirm that your Request list was submitted successfully.

After submitting your Request list, your requested organizations will be invited to disclose. They will receive another automated email when the Portal opens for Disclosers.
